- You may cancel with us anytime after your initial 6 months. Just let us know a month in advance so we can update the system.
- If you ever decide to re-enroll, we will gladly welcome you back. There is a $300 rejoining fee.
- There are no copays for visits or communication (text, emails, etc.).
- If you pay in advance for the entire year, you’ll receive a 10% savings.
- You can purchase a membership for a friend, college student, church, or family member.
- Some procedures and labs may be an additional cost, but you’ll always know in advance. We ensure you receive the best discounted rate available.

Do I still need insurance if I join Direct Primary Care?
Direct Primary Care is not insurance. Most patients keep or pair their membership with a high-deductible or catastrophic insurance plan for hospitalizations, emergencies, or specialist care.
What does my monthly membership cover?
Your membership covers office visits, telemedicine, same-day or next-day access, and ongoing care coordination. Some labs, imaging, or procedures may be an additional cost — but pricing is always discussed upfront.
Are there any hidden fees or surprise bills?
No. One of the biggest benefits of Direct Primary Care is transparency. You’ll always know costs in advance — no copays, no surprise statements, and no billing confusion.
What if I already have health insurance?
You can absolutely keep your insurance. Many patients use Direct Primary Care for everyday healthcare needs and rely on insurance for things like hospital care, specialists, or advanced imaging.
Can I still use my insurance for labs, imaging, or specialists?
Yes. While we don’t bill insurance for primary care services, you may still use your insurance for labs, imaging, medications, or specialist referrals outside of our practice.
What if I already have another primary care provider?
You’re not required to cancel anything immediately. Many patients transition gradually. Once enrolled, we help coordinate records and ensure continuity of care so nothing falls through the cracks.
How does the process work if I’m switching from another provider?
After joining, we’ll help request your medical records and review your history together. Your care continues seamlessly — with more time, easier access, and a provider who truly knows you.
Is Direct Primary Care right for families?
Yes. DPC works especially well for families who want easier access, longer visits, and a trusted provider — without navigating insurance barriers for everyday care.
