No contracts. Our members are automatically billed on a monthly basis. Just like Netflix.
You may cancel with us anytime after your initial 6 months. Just let us know a month in advance so we can get you squared away in the system.
If you ever decide to re-enroll we will gladly welcome you back. There is a $300 rejoining fee.
There are no copays for visits or communication (text, emails, etc).
If you pay in advance for the entire year you'll receive a 10% savings.
You can purchase a membership for a friend, college student, church or family member.
Some procedures and labs may be an additional cost, but you will know about this in advance. Plus, we make sure you get the best discounted rate.
